1 out of 5 stars Ultimate bumblebee not so ultimate   August 28, 2008

My son wanted this item for his 6th b'day, so of course we bought it. It was late and when we finally got it, I was so disappointed!!! The advertising for this figure made it look so easy to transform. It was NOT easy, I had to wait until my husband, who is an engineer, to get home to help me transform it, and he couldn't even do it. This toy is surely not for young children and not worth the money. We have returned this item and I will not purchase another one until my son is much older. I do not know how single mom's would ever figure out how to help their sons work this toy. The toy looks nice and would be a good gift for an older boy or man who collects transformers.

4 out of 5 stars Hasbro Transformer Ultimate Bumblebee   August 13, 2008
My wife and I searched just about everywhere for this toy (product link - Hasbro Transformer Ultimate Bumblebee Toy) for our grandson, and he loves this toy. We are on vacation and missed his birthday (5 years), and we promised to buy this toy. He got a small one that didn't transform, and he wasn't happy until he got the real deal, thanks to Amazon. com.

4 out of 5 stars Detailed but Difficult   August 11, 2008
The figure in either mode is very detailed and very cool. No child will be able to transform this unit back and forth, if someone says their child does their lying. It's very difficult and time consuming and everything must be precisly transformed for it to work properly. It is the premiere piece of all the Transformer vehicles and my son loves it, so i'll take the time to transform it about once a week.

5 out of 5 stars A very awesome figure!   July 24, 2008
This is a great action figure of the movie hero! It,s a lot of fun and it is just like the movie!

1 out of 5 stars Cool Toy but poorly manufactured   June 19, 2008

I bought two of these Toys for last Christmas for my 9 year old and 7 year old sons. It was really cool at first when we transformed it into car mode, but it kept falling apart in the middle section of the car. Seemed very delicate! I was not to thrilled with this. Once we transformed it into Robot mode we were even more dissatisfied for it did not work properly. The wings did not move correctly, nor did the arms. They were trying to move, but the parts inside were missing a connection with each other so it only made continuous clicking sounds. The only things that did work properly were the sounds and lights.

Transforming from car mode to robot mode was actually quite easy for we know there was a website on transformers.com that showed you step by step transforming for the toy in video made, so we could play and pause as we went. My 7 year old son was able to transform it.

Unfortunately we purchased the toys off of Ebay since they were sold out and impossible to find anywhere else. What a huge mistake that was. The seller would not allow us to return them because they were opened. It did not matter that they were defective. Warning to all - Do not buy expensive items off Ebay!!!

So, 240.00 later, we have two toys that never worked that sit in the corner collecting dust. Waste of Money!

More Images of TF :Animated Activator Megatron
New images of the soon to be released Transformers: Animated Activator Megatron have been posted on tf08.net.

The images show both robot and vehicle mode (Earth Helicopter). The image of the robot mode shows that Megatron has decent articulation, but unlike the Leader Class version, his cannon cannot be attached to his forearm.

Seibertron.com Reviews Soon To Be Released Glu Mobile 'Tranformers: G1 Awakening' Game
Thanks to staff member Stormrider, I was given the chance to make contact with a member of Glu mobile;#x2019;s PR staff, and was able to play a demo of the soon to be released ;#x2018;Transformers: G1 Awakening;#x2019; game for cellular phones. Glu Mobile was very kind and even sent me a compatible phone loaded with the game to play, as they do not currently have a version available for the iPhone.

I was able to spend about a week with the game, wasting many precious hours, staying up until the wee early hours of the morning as I played the addicting game, and tried to experience as much of it as I could before I had to send the demo back....

New pics: Elite Guard Bumblebee And Sentinel Prime!
A couple of TF fans have decided to share a bit more with the TF community.

First off we have Stealth, err, Goldbug... I mean ELITE GUARD BUMBLEBEE by Tamo536. Straight up repaint of the Original Animated Bumblebee, but according to the reviewer the 'stingers' are now able to better fit into the arms...

And also a huge picture montage courtesy of the Japanese Transformers Image Board showing Sentinel in package, with other Elite Guard members, and with the Headmaster unit firmly placed on his shoulders.

Everybody should want to get Sentinel as soon as they can...
