5 out of 5 stars This toy MADE my grandson's Christmas   January 2, 2008
This was THE toy of choice for our Christmas this year. Although many of the adults in our house had difficulty "transforming" the toy from car to robot and back, the children were able to enjoy all the intricacies of the bumblebee transformer.

1 out of 5 stars Shame on you   January 2, 2008

Shame on any seller for trying to extort 40 dollars from parents of children who must have this and other toys in the transformer line. 200 dollars or more for one that is actually bigger than 5 inches?! Holy Hell inflation has really hit us big it seems. No, more likely outright greed. Do Not Buy This Product at this price. The more we as the consumers say NO the more they will have to chop off the price to move their junk out of the warehouses.

1 out of 5 stars Not a durable toy...Health hazard   January 1, 2008
First off I bought this toy from an AMAZON seller for 5 times what it really cost. That was my fault so I cannot be mad at the "rip-off" that sold it to me. Second and most importantly when I began to change from car to robot small parts fell off and one of the legs broke off. I have a two year old who could have easily put one of the parts in his mouth and chocked. Hasbro has contacted me and asked me to return the item so it can be looked at as far as a Health hazard it may create. I live and learn. Transformers Movie Deluxe Class Bumblebee 2008 Camaro

5 out of 5 stars What's it worth to you?   December 27, 2007

If you are reading my review, thanks. If you notice, my ratings are a little muttled. The reason for that being, is that I am a collector of sorts. I have seen the movie, and yes ficticious characters based on comics, cartoons, and tv shows I find intriuging. Thus, I don't believe in playing with or opening anything I collect. It's a little obessive compulsive but I feel as though it's a stepping stone to something else. Why do we collect such things? Are they worth anything? Maybe there's something missing in our lives. What makes us indulge in these seemingly meaningless pleasures? I had an entire collection of action figures that were unopened and in mint condition. All it does is just create a burdon. The true test, however, is just letting go of such desires. So one day, my wife and I gathered up all of my toys, went to my neighbor's house, and gave his children my entire collection. Your prohably thinking, "WHAT, ARE YOU CRAZY!!!"...prohably. Though they may have been in value to someone on ebay, you can't put a price on the look on those kids faces when they looked in the boxes. I felt a slight sting. But it quickly dissapeared when my burdon melted away. We stayed over to help them with dinner and watched his kids play with their first toys in prohably 5 years. It was quite a sight. I never knew that my toys did any of the things they did. I watched them play with everything from my spider-man and x-men to transformer figures. His oldest daughter loved my bumblebee transformer most of all. I noticed in other reviews that he falls apart to easily or it has poor construction. Not True. However, if you give it to someone who does not have the patience or cool to handle such a toy, i recommend the lower skill level counter-part. All in all, it was well worth seeing them have so much fun with accumulative joys. What's it worth to you? <12:36 am> - - -

3 out of 5 stars Decent toy   December 26, 2007

This is marketed for 5+ years old, but can be frustrating for children under 10. The instructions are a little vague, but with enough patience you can figure out how to complete the transformation from car to figure; going back to the car is a little easier.

More Images of TF :Animated Activator Megatron
New images of the soon to be released Transformers: Animated Activator Megatron have been posted on tf08.net.

The images show both robot and vehicle mode (Earth Helicopter). The image of the robot mode shows that Megatron has decent articulation, but unlike the Leader Class version, his cannon cannot be attached to his forearm.

Seibertron.com Reviews Soon To Be Released Glu Mobile 'Tranformers: G1 Awakening' Game
Thanks to staff member Stormrider, I was given the chance to make contact with a member of Glu mobile;#x2019;s PR staff, and was able to play a demo of the soon to be released ;#x2018;Transformers: G1 Awakening;#x2019; game for cellular phones. Glu Mobile was very kind and even sent me a compatible phone loaded with the game to play, as they do not currently have a version available for the iPhone.

I was able to spend about a week with the game, wasting many precious hours, staying up until the wee early hours of the morning as I played the addicting game, and tried to experience as much of it as I could before I had to send the demo back....

New pics: Elite Guard Bumblebee And Sentinel Prime!
A couple of TF fans have decided to share a bit more with the TF community.

First off we have Stealth, err, Goldbug... I mean ELITE GUARD BUMBLEBEE by Tamo536. Straight up repaint of the Original Animated Bumblebee, but according to the reviewer the 'stingers' are now able to better fit into the arms...

Elite Guard Bumblebee Review

And also a huge picture montage courtesy of the Japanese Transformers Image Board showing Sentinel in package, with other Elite Guard members, and with the Headmaster unit firmly placed on his shoulders.

Everybody should want to get Sentinel as soon as they can...
