4 out of 5 stars Real looking!   July 2, 2008
I was looking for a larger Transformer toy and I was looking at the Cyber-stompin Bumblebee but that one didn't look like the movie. I like my stuff to be real-looking so surfing around I found this guy! He looks great in person. He is a great toy. As a boombox its OK. The sound is low and his whirring is very loud but, after all it is a toy. He is so cute though! He can kind of pose him and he dances like a kid; to his own beat not in time with the music. The first song I had him play was Mr. Roboto by Styx, which I thought was appropriate. :)
The guide book manual that comes in the box explains the finer details like start/stop, volume (etc) so I won't go into that. Overall I really like him as a toy, not as much for a stereo.
(PS his head tilting sounds exactly like a car's turn signal light)
His wings do pop off easilly, but overall he's a good quality.
When his off there are no lights what so ever which is a little boring, and on, without music even he dances and plays random clips of stored memory.
I am very happy with my new buddy! In the pics he looks a little faded, but in real life he is beautiful sunshine yellow and a mix of dark and light silver. Get this for a toy or stereo and you will be pleased! (needs 4AA batteries)

3 out of 5 stars Movie toy quickly forgot about   June 9, 2008
My sun loved the toy because he just saw the movie. He connected it to his radio and he also had it record a song. He played with it a lot at first but now just sits on the shelf. The wings on the back that are translucent and look like the glow came off and will not stay on (snap on)

4 out of 5 stars My nephew loves this!   April 7, 2008
My nephew loves this toy. Out of all the other toys this is the one he plays with all the time. He can hook up his nano and play his music. He turns of the lights and watches him dance to the music. It is also built well. It does not feel flimsy. It has not broken and he tends to break his toys all the time.

5 out of 5 stars Beatmix Bumblebee   February 29, 2008
I love the Beatmix Bumblebee. It's a great fun toy modeled closely off of the Transformer's movie. I was afraid the mechanical sound from Bumblebee's movements would overwhelm the movements but it doesn't, you can hear the music just fine. He's plays back recorded bits of songs you play on him at interesting and fun times, his dances and sound effects change as you move his arms and press different buttons, the chord plugs into any headphone jack so no worry about that. A few minutes with Bumblebee and you'll think he's actually talking to you. I would recommend this toy to anyone. I plug it into my computer to use with my music as well as my ipod. If you leave him out without being plugged into any music device and he hears music he will continue to dance and play recorded bits of music back to you as well as a few select Transformers sounds. He isn't a battery sucker, he requires I think 4 batteries but they last a long time.

5 out of 5 stars Bumblebee   January 28, 2008
This toy rocks! I love the Transformers. This is a fun way to listen to your music. It's great entertainment to watch Bumblebee bust a move to your favorite songs. He looks awesome in the dark too!

More Images of TF :Animated Activator Megatron
New images of the soon to be released Transformers: Animated Activator Megatron have been posted on tf08.net.

The images show both robot and vehicle mode (Earth Helicopter). The image of the robot mode shows that Megatron has decent articulation, but unlike the Leader Class version, his cannon cannot be attached to his forearm.

Seibertron.com Reviews Soon To Be Released Glu Mobile 'Tranformers: G1 Awakening' Game
Thanks to staff member Stormrider, I was given the chance to make contact with a member of Glu mobile;#x2019;s PR staff, and was able to play a demo of the soon to be released ;#x2018;Transformers: G1 Awakening;#x2019; game for cellular phones. Glu Mobile was very kind and even sent me a compatible phone loaded with the game to play, as they do not currently have a version available for the iPhone.

I was able to spend about a week with the game, wasting many precious hours, staying up until the wee early hours of the morning as I played the addicting game, and tried to experience as much of it as I could before I had to send the demo back....

New pics: Elite Guard Bumblebee And Sentinel Prime!
A couple of TF fans have decided to share a bit more with the TF community.

First off we have Stealth, err, Goldbug... I mean ELITE GUARD BUMBLEBEE by Tamo536. Straight up repaint of the Original Animated Bumblebee, but according to the reviewer the 'stingers' are now able to better fit into the arms...

And also a huge picture montage courtesy of the Japanese Transformers Image Board showing Sentinel in package, with other Elite Guard members, and with the Headmaster unit firmly placed on his shoulders.

Everybody should want to get Sentinel as soon as they can...
