Combine the hilarity of one of America's favorite cartoon families with a classic board game, and you've got The Simpson's Version of Life. With two major brands in one game, you're sure to have hours of friendly competition and entertainment. Take a spin through America's most popular hometown, Springfield, with Homer, Marge and the kids. Spin the wheel of fate to find out what you'll do and where you'll go next. Do good deeds to earn Life Tiles and more money down the road. Two to six players.

4 out of 5 stars So fun!   October 5, 2008
The game's cards and bills have their own simpsons humor, and each spot on the board reminds me of the moments from the TV show- love the details. Only the game would be more collectable if the figures for the buildings were coloured instead of plain white. Other than that, Love it.

4 out of 5 stars Incredibly fun... must-have for any Simpsons' fan!   January 28, 2008
I love this Simpsons edition of the Life board game. It is hilarious and includes many small fun facs or direct quotes that a diehard fan like me remembers from the series. The first time I played it with my two smaller siblings, I couldn't stop laughing all through the game.
As far as the gameplay goes, there are many nuances like buying a house, getting a job (depending on your level of education,) buying insurance for your car and/or house, all with humorous names (like Otto Insurance.) True Simpsons fans will understand this pun.
The durability of this game is great! There is nothing to break in it. The tokens are plastic cars which couldn't be broken short of a direct nuclear missile hit and the game board includes plastic houses (like Springfield Elementary School, the powerplant, Burns' Manor, etc.) and only the money is likely to be crumpled during gameplay (especially with my kids.)
Overall it's a GREAT game and I recommend it very much.

2 out of 5 stars Do NOT pay full price!   January 14, 2008

I feel like I always get a lot out of the games I buy b/c we MAKE them fun even if they are duds. We alter the rules to suit us. For ex, we often make a kid and teen/adult team so the little ones can play along too.
This game is very cheaply made. (95% of Simpson products are the same. Those Krusty product jokes must be based on the real Simpsons merchandise.)It takes a long time to set up and disassemble the plastic pieces for each game. Your token is still the classic Life car with the colored pegs. Come'on, couldn't they have done better?
Life is a bit of difficult game b/c it's harder for children to understand and by the time they do, they probably won't want to play. Adults are unlikely to enjoy the novelty of bills, etc b/c that's their everyday life.

4 out of 5 stars A must-have for the Simpsons fan   January 12, 2008
If you love the Simpsons and enjoy the game of Life, you will love this product. Very funny Simpsons references, we still laugh at them even after having seen them 100 times while playing the game. It creatively integrated all the elements of Springfield into the game.

5 out of 5 stars Simpson fun   August 23, 2007
My Grandson wanted this game for his birthday after he had played this game with his friends at their house. I got it for him for his birthday; and, he really loves it. However, as an adult and not a fan of the Simpsons, I really didn't care for it. More for Simpson fans and kids than other adults.

More Images of TF :Animated Activator Megatron
New images of the soon to be released Transformers: Animated Activator Megatron have been posted on tf08.net.

The images show both robot and vehicle mode (Earth Helicopter). The image of the robot mode shows that Megatron has decent articulation, but unlike the Leader Class version, his cannon cannot be attached to his forearm.

Seibertron.com Reviews Soon To Be Released Glu Mobile 'Tranformers: G1 Awakening' Game
Thanks to staff member Stormrider, I was given the chance to make contact with a member of Glu mobile;#x2019;s PR staff, and was able to play a demo of the soon to be released ;#x2018;Transformers: G1 Awakening;#x2019; game for cellular phones. Glu Mobile was very kind and even sent me a compatible phone loaded with the game to play, as they do not currently have a version available for the iPhone.

I was able to spend about a week with the game, wasting many precious hours, staying up until the wee early hours of the morning as I played the addicting game, and tried to experience as much of it as I could before I had to send the demo back....

New pics: Elite Guard Bumblebee And Sentinel Prime!
A couple of TF fans have decided to share a bit more with the TF community.

First off we have Stealth, err, Goldbug... I mean ELITE GUARD BUMBLEBEE by Tamo536. Straight up repaint of the Original Animated Bumblebee, but according to the reviewer the 'stingers' are now able to better fit into the arms...

And also a huge picture montage courtesy of the Japanese Transformers Image Board showing Sentinel in package, with other Elite Guard members, and with the Headmaster unit firmly placed on his shoulders.

Everybody should want to get Sentinel as soon as they can...
