The star of the TRANSFORMERS movie is unleashed in its full, awesome glory with this meticulously rendered, movie-accurate sculpture inspired by 3-D turnarounds pulled straight from the film
•
Meticulously designed sculpture captures the TRANSFORMERS film character in all its awesome glory!
Product Description Bumblebee has become a hard and capable warrior who believes that it takes more than being right to win. A solitary disposition born of his difficulty speaking and his unwavering focus on victory over the Decepticons make him an ideal spy and infiltrator - the perfect robot to serve as a watchful eye over Sam and his precious data. Paired with a human, Bumblebee finds himself with a true friend for the first time in many cycles; a friend he will sacrifice his last circuit to protect. Measures 8.5".
Does not transformAugust 11, 2008 I mistakenly purchased thinking it transformed. It is an exact replica of Bumble Bee from the movie but just sits in the corner. My son likes it but doesn't play with it like the other transformer toys.
Great buy!November 21, 2007 Shipping was quick and item was just as detailed as the example picture showed. it makes a great display for any shelf. if you prefer to leave it in the box that it comes in, that also looks great. I myself took it out and put it on my shelf. but beware, when you open the box, hold your breath. The fumes from the amount of lacquer they use to coat the action figure will make your head spin!! :-)
Awesome pose for a great Autobot!October 25, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Okay, I have to admit that I'm hooked on the "new" Bumblebee look. What a stark contrast from the days of old. I used to play with these things as a kid myself (I'm dating myself here) and have to say, this is what I've always imagined the Transformers to look like in the first place! This figure (as mentioned) is not a toy in the sence of playing with, rather a decoration. Eye popping to be sure. My only wish would be able to move the head. The first picture in the discription shows him looking forward, while the one I received looks to the right over his shoulder. Great product even though it's made in china. (I hope there's no lead paint in this thing!)
Bumblebee as a Camaro? Yes, pleaseJuly 23, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Like any true Transformers fan, I was initially disappointed to see Bumblebee transformed from the flamboyant VW Beetle of my youth into the tough-talking concept Camaro of Bay's live-action adaptation, but this toy quickly won me over.
I was impressed by details as minute as the tiny Skynrd album in the 8-track and by the way the bumper flips over into a flowing, majestic chrome mullet.
In fact, I'm kind of glad that VW's sponsorship fell through. Both the movie and this toy would be much less awesome if Bay had followed the original script, which featured Bumblebee as a 2007 Beetle, trying to make it on his own in the big city with his Chrysler Sebring and Subaru Outback roommates. Soundtrack by Jonathan Larson.
Unleashed Strikes gold again for fans!June 27, 2007 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
If you haven't seen the Unleashed series before, there are a number of Star Wars unleashed figures that are very awesome. The package itself is a display case, don't take it out!! :P
Seriously, this is just for looks not to play with.
Of course, I went to the store and wanted a new Optimus Prime. I do not really care for the new transformers that are on the shelves, The Optimus Prime looks awful as well.
That being said, Bumblebee here is pretty awesome. The design is striking and very cool. This is the first release for Transformers Unleashed, Optimus Prime should be on shelves later this month or early July.
However, the Optimus Prime Unleashed figure, which I have already seen (though it's not on shelves yet) is god-awful. The OP looks like melted plastic and has the awful very plastic looking flames running through the middle, prime on one side bot form, and on the other side of the flames, the truck. Again, it looks like melted plastic, and it looks like the transformers for toddler toys.
At least good ole Bumblebee won't let you down.
But, how about my favorite...Prowl? :D

Video Review of City Commander Upgrade Resident Transformer reviewer Peaugh has posted a nice, detailed review of the recently released City Commander upgrade set created for the Classics Universe Ultra Magnus figure.
The video goes in the great step by step detail on how to convert and attach the new addition along with nice video angles showing off the impressive attachments.
The images show both robot and vehicle mode (Earth Helicopter). The image of the robot mode shows that Megatron has decent articulation, but unlike the Leader Class version, his cannon cannot be attached to his forearm.

Seibertron.com Reviews Soon To Be Released Glu Mobile 'Tranformers: G1 Awakening' Game Thanks to staff member Stormrider, I was given the chance to make contact with a member of Glu mobile;#x2019;s PR staff, and was able to play a demo of the soon to be released ;#x2018;Transformers: G1 Awakening;#x2019; game for cellular phones. Glu Mobile was very kind and even sent me a compatible phone loaded with the game to play, as they do not currently have a version available for the iPhone.
I was able to spend about a week with the game, wasting many precious hours, staying up until the wee early hours of the morning as I played the addicting game, and tried to experience as much of it as I could before I had to send the demo back....
First off we have Stealth, err, Goldbug... I mean ELITE GUARD BUMBLEBEE by Tamo536. Straight up repaint of the Original Animated Bumblebee, but according to the reviewer the 'stingers' are now able to better fit into the arms...
And also a huge picture montage courtesy of the Japanese Transformers Image Board showing Sentinel in package, with other Elite Guard members, and with the Headmaster unit firmly placed on his shoulders.
Everybody should want to get Sentinel as soon as they can...
