Product Description Starscream, renowned traitor and Deception malcontent, is one of the more out-looking robots of the Voyager Class. Starscreams F-22 Raptor transforms into a bulky apelike robot topped by a bell-shaped semi-insectoid-head. Starscreams thick, blunt arms are equipped with talon-rimmed revolving missile-launcher appendages. Despite Starscreams bizarre and monstrous structural design, he boasts a pretty high level of articulation. The movie version Starscream is described as being as vain and as treacherous as his memorable cartoon incarnation. Plying his secret agenda with various acts of subversion and duplicity, Starscream is prissily disdainful of Megatrons tastes for aggression and direct conflict. Leading a supposed mission to recover the missing Megatron, Starscream yearns to permanently rule the Decepticons, though his attempts to crystallize his position are countermined by the Decepticons, such as Blackout, who remain loyal to Megatron.
Good toyNovember 19, 2008 I really like Starscream as a kid and really enjoyed seeing him as an updated figure from a F-15 to a F-22. If your a collector the package I recieved came a little banged up. If you want to play with the toy it has some auto transformation areas to help it quickly transform. The missles protrude from underneath Starscream when he is transformed as a Raptor.Overall not too bad.
Got this for my son.November 13, 2008 My son is 6 I bought this for him....it's horrible. Not only does the new look of the great classic decepicon Starscream look like total crap but it's hard to transform and has to many peices that fall off or snap off which sucks for a 6 years olds plaything.
MonkeyscreamJune 23, 2008 Uck. Is what I thought first thing I saw Starscream's robot mode in the movie. WHAT were they thinking, What have they done to my favorite Deceiver? Ultra shoulders and little bird feet, not to mention his head looks more like how Megatron's should have. This in NO way resembles Starscream except for the fact it's disguised mode is a jet. The toy does further damage to his image by not even including HANDS. his hands ARE giant turrets? Where was THAT in the movie? This is just an excuse to incorporate missile launchers somewhere, though even as a 8 year old I'd be annoyed by this, knowing who Starscream is in the comics and TV series. Yea, of course spring-loaded plastic stick shooters are a cool feature in a toy, but SO UGLY here in a figure that already needed all the help it could get. The Launchers make him even more lanky and uneven orangutan-like then in the film, and for this reason he won't stand very well. The movie concept wasn't a horrible design, it just wasn't Starscream, like AT ALL, that's my main problem here. Basically, a child who just wants a random jet that becomes a robot and shoots stuff, will love this. It is fairly durable, in that most pieces will detach before breaking off. But for collectors like me, we need a more professional figure and so far this is the best offered for Movie Starscream. I suggest Hasbro Make a few more Leader Class Figures, and Transformers 2's Artists do some needed remodeling before Starscream's imminent return.

I just got the starscream figure and I am dissapointed with it. first there is too much stuff showing when he is in his F-22 aircraft mode. its to bulky to look real in aircraft mode. the guns are OK ecxept the guns look really bad in aircraft mode. one of the legs allready easily pops of making him hard to transform. the head can be easily seen in aircraft mode. and theres no jet turbine engines on him in aircraft mode. overall it needs work on the jet mode looking more real and less bulky.
Voyager Class StarscreamApril 26, 2008 This figure could be my favorite of all time, but Hasbro made a huge flaw. The missiles. They shoot out of his hands so easily, and the triggers are so hard to find, that you will probably end up shooting and losing one before you even figure out how to shoot them. I ended up flushing one down the toilet (long story). Also, I have only transformed this figure a matter of times, and already, there is a chip off of him that makes it hard to plug in the front of the jet to his back in robot form. Also, his leg joints are noticeable loose. Those are all the bad things about this figure. Here are the good things: He is very true to himself in the movie, and fairly detailed. He is pretty big for a voyager class, and he also has amazing automorph technology in his chest. He is also easy to stand up and pose. Over all, I recommend this toy, but not for children under the age of about 6. They will break it and loose its missiles.

Video Review of City Commander Upgrade Resident Transformer reviewer Peaugh has posted a nice, detailed review of the recently released City Commander upgrade set created for the Classics Universe Ultra Magnus figure.
The video goes in the great step by step detail on how to convert and attach the new addition along with nice video angles showing off the impressive attachments.
The images show both robot and vehicle mode (Earth Helicopter). The image of the robot mode shows that Megatron has decent articulation, but unlike the Leader Class version, his cannon cannot be attached to his forearm.

Seibertron.com Reviews Soon To Be Released Glu Mobile 'Tranformers: G1 Awakening' Game Thanks to staff member Stormrider, I was given the chance to make contact with a member of Glu mobile;#x2019;s PR staff, and was able to play a demo of the soon to be released ;#x2018;Transformers: G1 Awakening;#x2019; game for cellular phones. Glu Mobile was very kind and even sent me a compatible phone loaded with the game to play, as they do not currently have a version available for the iPhone.
I was able to spend about a week with the game, wasting many precious hours, staying up until the wee early hours of the morning as I played the addicting game, and tried to experience as much of it as I could before I had to send the demo back....
First off we have Stealth, err, Goldbug... I mean ELITE GUARD BUMBLEBEE by Tamo536. Straight up repaint of the Original Animated Bumblebee, but according to the reviewer the 'stingers' are now able to better fit into the arms...
And also a huge picture montage courtesy of the Japanese Transformers Image Board showing Sentinel in package, with other Elite Guard members, and with the Headmaster unit firmly placed on his shoulders.
Everybody should want to get Sentinel as soon as they can...

Video Review: McDonalds TFA Optimus Prime Resident Transformers video review master Sean Long has done it again. This time, Sean reviews the upcoming Mc Donald's Happy Meal bonus figure, Transformers Animated Optimus Prime. Sean gives us a good look at the figure, with comparison shots of it next to Movie Legends Optimus Prime, TFA Bumblebee, and TFA Deluxe Battle begins Optimus Prime.
This figure appears to be leaps and bounds better than previous Mc Donald's figures that were available in the past.

Video Reviews - Universe Classics 2.0 Tankor & Animated Activator Starscream Sean Long has provided an in depth video review of Universe/ Classics 2.0 Tankor. Triple Changer Tankor (ahem...Octane) is a Deluxe figure and features two alternate modes - a military plane and refueling truck. He will be issued in colors that are similar to his G1 figure.

Transformers the Game sells 3.3 Million Nest-gen.biz reports that among the top 100 selling games of the past 12 months, Transformers the Game by Activision, ranks in at 16th overall with sales a 3.3 million copies to date.
Transformers the game is narrowly beaten by Spiderman 3, which was also made by Activision, with 3.4 million sales, WWE Smackdown VS Raw 2008 at 3.8 million and the number one selling game Call of Duty 4 at 8.4 million copies.
