The epic battle between the Autobots and Decepticons has spanned galaxies and more than 10 million years. The Transformers continue to fight a galactic war for Supremacy; the evil Decepticons, led by Megatron, seek to conquer and rule, and the heroic Autobots, led by the noble Optimus Prime, fight to protect and preserve.
The Ultimate Transformers Store offers a huge range of collectibles and toys for the Transformers fan, from the classics up to the new movie products.
Product Description Swindle refers to a unit type used to populate both the Autobot and Decepticon ranks; this model, theSwindle version with the camera lens-type head, indicates a Decepticon unit, such as the one that interrogated Bumblebee. He looks cool in a scavenging, impromptu way, and appears to be as well articulated as his fellow Deluxe scale Decepticons. Swindle is equipped with a large torso-mounted cannon. Swindle is cited as being the intellectual equivalent of a Sharticonas tail, but he compensates for the deficit with crazed enthusiasm, bizarre antics, and a zigzagging battle style. Swindle takes pleasure in the random detonation of all things within his immediate sphere. A horde of Swindle units would seem to indicate a minor cataclysm resulting in hackneyed explosions and casualties on either side.
A great Transformer for young collectors!April 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This has to be one of my all time favorite deluxe classes. It's just so simple to Transform, yet it is detailed, flexible, posable, and has a sweet paint job! It's vehicle mode is very smooth and sleek, and it is probably the most durable Transformer I have ever owned. It has an awesome chest cannon, and that eye for a head is so dang cool! This is a great Transformer for young and old fans of the toy line alike.

OK so the common complaints on these toys are that Transformers are sometimes a little difficult to manipulate, they are not exactly like the cartoon and yeah occasionally a piece pops off that only dad can manage to get back on. BUT, when I compare that to the countless hours my son spends playing with them indoors and out, setting up battles, joining them in with his Hot Wheels,Lego Blocks and Lional Trains, providing dialogue as he directs the action, THEY OFFER tremendous play value. Since he got them at Christmas, his video game consoles (including his Wii), have taken a BIG back seat to the kind of play I think is far more valuable. As for the exact likeness, my kid loves the cartoon and has no problem with the toys not being EXACTLY like those on the show.
Better for older kidsJanuary 2, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I ordered this for my 3-year old, since he likes these kinds of toys. I didn't realize how complicated these are to transform (I still haven't figured it out, need to read the directions). The first thing that happened is the car doors popped off - maybe they are supposed to, I don't know. I'm sure a child who is a little older could figure it out in about a minute, but not good for the younger ones.
Easy Beginners ToyDecember 24, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Swindle is the easiest Transformer that I have. It is probably best for people who have not had the experience with these toys yet. Swindle may sometimes be red and sometimes orange, depending on when and where you buy it. There have been many cases of this red Transformer being orange, possibly from mis-coloring.
Who cares about the name?August 27, 2007 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
First off, if you are going to get hung up on names compared to looks, then Ironhide should have been Trailblazer, Bumblebee should have been Sunstreaker, and Jazz resembles Bluestreaker more than G1 Jazz. But who cares? They look great, and so does this one (for the most part).
I will admit Swindle (yes, I will call him Swindle) is not quite as well made as the other movie Transformers I've gotten. His car mode does not fit together as seemlessly as my others (those mentioned above). However, he transforms much more easily than the others and feels like he'll stand up to play more readily, if you are looking for ones for the kids.
My only complaint is when he arrived, he did not look exactly like he's pictured here (or even on the box for that matter). His head is slightly different and has more of an orange tint to him than I expected. Other than that, and the fact that I think this deluxe "movie" Transformer would have made a great addition to the movie, I think he's great.

Video Review of City Commander Upgrade Resident Transformer reviewer Peaugh has posted a nice, detailed review of the recently released City Commander upgrade set created for the Classics Universe Ultra Magnus figure.
The video goes in the great step by step detail on how to convert and attach the new addition along with nice video angles showing off the impressive attachments.
The images show both robot and vehicle mode (Earth Helicopter). The image of the robot mode shows that Megatron has decent articulation, but unlike the Leader Class version, his cannon cannot be attached to his forearm.

Seibertron.com Reviews Soon To Be Released Glu Mobile 'Tranformers: G1 Awakening' Game Thanks to staff member Stormrider, I was given the chance to make contact with a member of Glu mobile;#x2019;s PR staff, and was able to play a demo of the soon to be released ;#x2018;Transformers: G1 Awakening;#x2019; game for cellular phones. Glu Mobile was very kind and even sent me a compatible phone loaded with the game to play, as they do not currently have a version available for the iPhone.
I was able to spend about a week with the game, wasting many precious hours, staying up until the wee early hours of the morning as I played the addicting game, and tried to experience as much of it as I could before I had to send the demo back....
First off we have Stealth, err, Goldbug... I mean ELITE GUARD BUMBLEBEE by Tamo536. Straight up repaint of the Original Animated Bumblebee, but according to the reviewer the 'stingers' are now able to better fit into the arms...
And also a huge picture montage courtesy of the Japanese Transformers Image Board showing Sentinel in package, with other Elite Guard members, and with the Headmaster unit firmly placed on his shoulders.
Everybody should want to get Sentinel as soon as they can...
