Hasbro produced this line of action figures based on the suprisingly awesome Transformers live action film. Who knew Michael Bay had it in him? Collect them all, each sold separately.
Customer Reviews:
Super FunOctober 30, 2008 This is an incredible figure. Many sounds and lights. So much more than Movie Leader Optimus, surprisingly. Great transformation.
Brawl's pretty rocking!October 20, 2008 After watching his "devestating" performance in Transformers, I knew I would love to own his toy. And I do! Such an awesome Leader class toy! It will take you awhile to get his transformation to work correctly, but once you do it's pretty fun. Just make sure you tab his treads and be careful with his spring loaded gimmick and your good to go. Also be careful turning his turret during transformation, I have known some to snap, but only if your too rough with him. His electronics sound great and I have owned him for awhile now and he's still as loud as ever. I would heartily recommend him to any Transformer fan. He makes a great addition to any Decepticon Army!
Good at start, but gets problems quickApril 11, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
When I got this product I was so excited to get it and use it. After the hour it took me to transform it, it was okay even though I never got to fully have it perfectly done. The final plate that is moved when turning it into a tank was blocked by something I don't know what. Also, the main cannon stopped lighting up after a week. Eventually the sound stopped working even though I hardly make do the sounds. I'm also disappointed that the main turning turret would not stay up or completely lock in place in robot mode. In all I do not think I would get it again, especially not for $40! Do not get this, it's got too many problems.
This big sucker is worth the price.January 7, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I avoided buying Leader Brawl for a long time, thinking it was just a large version of the Deluxe toy with a bunch of gimmicks added. However, I ended up being really surprised. It's like the difference between a sketch and a finished artwork. I actually ended up liking him better than Leader Optimus Prime. Big Brawl has a brilliant design and a fun (if _very_ challenging) transformation; not for novices or little kids! He's got about eight automorph gimmicks and they all work well. Except sometimes his main gun barrel doesn't make explodey sounds when you tap it in tank mode like it should, so you have to go back a step and make sure everything's alligned correctly inside the turret. As far as durability, I wouldn't throw him down the stairs, but he's reasonably solid. Don't be rough with him and there should be no problems. I gave him two stars for educational value because he's modeled after a real tank.
PROS: Eyes light up well when held up to a lamp. Front fender retraction gimmick is nifty. Both arm weapons are clever. Looks _excellent_ in both modes. Nice head sculpt. FUN!!!
CONS: Takes a while to transform and not exactly easy. The noises get a bit annoying after a while. Small gun turrets fall off a lot, but are designed to (to prevent stress breakage) and snap back on equally easy. Instructions, as usual with Hasbro, are not 100% accurate (and neither are the photos on the box!)
If you like the other Movie toys, definitely try to get Leader Brawl. And if you wait a month or so, Hasbro's coming out with a very nice-looking repaint in sandy desert colors with translucent blue. Sweet.
Better versionSeptember 5, 2007 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
This is a fantastic version of Brawl (Devastator in the film), much better than the Deluxe version. His articulation is decent, but it's not hard to put him in his movie pose, arm extended as he fires round after round... if you loved Brawl's menacing presence in the film, this is the toy for you. Ignore the mis-Transformed pictures that are often shown, his head isn't visible in tank mode.

Video Review of City Commander Upgrade Resident Transformer reviewer Peaugh has posted a nice, detailed review of the recently released City Commander upgrade set created for the Classics Universe Ultra Magnus figure.
The video goes in the great step by step detail on how to convert and attach the new addition along with nice video angles showing off the impressive attachments.
The images show both robot and vehicle mode (Earth Helicopter). The image of the robot mode shows that Megatron has decent articulation, but unlike the Leader Class version, his cannon cannot be attached to his forearm.

Seibertron.com Reviews Soon To Be Released Glu Mobile 'Tranformers: G1 Awakening' Game Thanks to staff member Stormrider, I was given the chance to make contact with a member of Glu mobile;#x2019;s PR staff, and was able to play a demo of the soon to be released ;#x2018;Transformers: G1 Awakening;#x2019; game for cellular phones. Glu Mobile was very kind and even sent me a compatible phone loaded with the game to play, as they do not currently have a version available for the iPhone.
I was able to spend about a week with the game, wasting many precious hours, staying up until the wee early hours of the morning as I played the addicting game, and tried to experience as much of it as I could before I had to send the demo back....
First off we have Stealth, err, Goldbug... I mean ELITE GUARD BUMBLEBEE by Tamo536. Straight up repaint of the Original Animated Bumblebee, but according to the reviewer the 'stingers' are now able to better fit into the arms...
And also a huge picture montage courtesy of the Japanese Transformers Image Board showing Sentinel in package, with other Elite Guard members, and with the Headmaster unit firmly placed on his shoulders.
Everybody should want to get Sentinel as soon as they can...
"Move bots or you'll have to do more transform ups!!!"
