Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Unlike the blue/silver Target exclusive movie continuity Arcee, this version of Arcee is Deluxe-sized and slightly less feminine in appearance; her face sculpt appears to be semi-humanoid Her somewhat impromptu appearance resonates the overall movie continuity aesthetic. Her slender exoskeletal-looking frame is reasonably well-armored, and sheas equipped with a projectile-firing blaster. She appears to be pretty well articulated. Arceeas character bio places her on Earth briefly, prior to Bumblebeeas arrival, although as the battle escalated Arcee was reassigned to another effort where her stealth skills would be of greater value. Arcee was apparently trained by Ironhide. Her relocation sector is listed as the Charii system, where she works to neutralize a Decepticon splinter cell. This version of Arcee seems to be a little more aggressive than some of her counterpart incarnations.

5 out of 5 stars great fun   September 14, 2008
My boys love this. The best news is that it is sturdy and is easy enough for a Mom to do, if the kids can't figure it out.

4 out of 5 stars A GIRL Transformer!   May 18, 2008
My daughter asked for a "girl transformer" for her 4th birthday (and a pink fishing pole). It took me some effort to find this, but she was really happy to have her OWN Transformer (she has a 6 year old brother). She isn't able to transform it herself, but she loves it just the same. The joints are made to pop apart, rather than break, which is great. The only thing I really dislike is that if you lose the crossbow, your motorcycle no longer has a seat. The projectile is just the tailpipe and not critical, but the seat helps hold the motorcycle together. So far, we've had it a month and still have all the parts.

5 out of 5 stars Small but Fun   January 20, 2008
This is probably the only female deluxe transformer from the movie. She did not appear in the movie, because the director said it would take too long to explain about female transformers.
Arcee turns into a motorcycle. She is the smallest deluxe figure, but is taller than most. Her crossbow is hard to fit on to her arm, so you have to press hard for a while for it to stay on.

4 out of 5 stars The onlye female autobot that i know of...   December 31, 2007
Well, it is a nicely designed motorcycle. The fact that the backwards wheel splits in half and still works as a wheel is just amazing. Great engineering.

It is also a nice and pretty femenine robot. I bought one for me, but it was quickly adopted by my 4 years old daughter, so i had to buy another one for the shelf...

I'd love to see her with a softer face. The face they'd put on her is too robotic for my taste (just to fit the designs of the movie). Anyways, it is a nice robotic toy, one of the few female bots you'll ever find.

1 out of 5 stars Overated, overpriced and unimpressed   December 29, 2007

This item should not be advertised as a toy. It is an overpriced item geared toward the older collector, not children. Very small parts, (major choking hazards, especially the pea size head which pops off easily). Also due to the small size, transforming is difficult. A waste of $20 in my case.

More Images of TF :Animated Activator Megatron
New images of the soon to be released Transformers: Animated Activator Megatron have been posted on tf08.net.

The images show both robot and vehicle mode (Earth Helicopter). The image of the robot mode shows that Megatron has decent articulation, but unlike the Leader Class version, his cannon cannot be attached to his forearm.

Seibertron.com Reviews Soon To Be Released Glu Mobile 'Tranformers: G1 Awakening' Game
Thanks to staff member Stormrider, I was given the chance to make contact with a member of Glu mobile;#x2019;s PR staff, and was able to play a demo of the soon to be released ;#x2018;Transformers: G1 Awakening;#x2019; game for cellular phones. Glu Mobile was very kind and even sent me a compatible phone loaded with the game to play, as they do not currently have a version available for the iPhone.

I was able to spend about a week with the game, wasting many precious hours, staying up until the wee early hours of the morning as I played the addicting game, and tried to experience as much of it as I could before I had to send the demo back....

New pics: Elite Guard Bumblebee And Sentinel Prime!
A couple of TF fans have decided to share a bit more with the TF community.

First off we have Stealth, err, Goldbug... I mean ELITE GUARD BUMBLEBEE by Tamo536. Straight up repaint of the Original Animated Bumblebee, but according to the reviewer the 'stingers' are now able to better fit into the arms...

Elite Guard Bumblebee Review

And also a huge picture montage courtesy of the Japanese Transformers Image Board showing Sentinel in package, with other Elite Guard members, and with the Headmaster unit firmly placed on his shoulders.

Everybody should want to get Sentinel as soon as they can...
