Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Wreckage alternates between a cannon-armed eight-wheeled personnel carrier and a robot mode that could easily pass as a Decepticon from the Energon or Cybertron lines. Wreckageas robot mode is appropriately reinforced by camo-patterned heavy armor. Well balanced and very well articulated, Wreckage is equipped with a pair of spring-loaded semi-translucent red blades and an abdomen-mounted double barrel cannon. Wreckageas tech specs are as follows: Strength 7, Intelligence 6, Speed 4, Endurance 8, Rank 6, Courage 7, Fireblast 6, Skill 7. Wreckage is cited as a highly experienced and devoted warrior. While Wreckage can match any other Decepticon in wholesale destruction, he more prefers, as suggested by his spring-loaded blades, close-up melee-style combat. Wreckage subsists on pitched warfare, blanket destruction, and the lingering screams of his fallen opponents.

3 out of 5 stars Pretty sturdy but horrible truck mode.   June 7, 2008
This is one of the better transformers as far as durability (there are some panels that will fall off but not many) but when you transform it into a truck it doesn't roll. the feet do not fold up high enough and drag. I wish they made these like the first generation ones though, better quality control.

5 out of 5 stars Nice and Simple   December 25, 2007
Wreckage is a non-movie transformer. He is very durable and will not break easily. There are a few confusing parts about the instructions, though. To activate his automorphing feature, the instructions say to push his gun into the red panel on its top. To not risk the gun from breaking, I recommend using your finger to do this, then push the gun down.

4 out of 5 stars One cool looking robot!   August 13, 2007

My first impression of Wreckage after having transformed him from vehicle to robot and back is a very good one! Where most of the other products in the Movie line-up seem to have some compromise or other in making a robot fit into a vehicle, Wreckage doesn't seem to have any!

The vehicle is by no means the prettiest to look at, but it does have very neat lines and folds which hold together firmly - the fact that both swords fit nicely into the rear only enhances the overall picture. It is robust, and holds up to a little bashing, which is more than can be said with some of the other figures (esp. Brawl, Bonecrusher).

What really is the trump card of this figure is the robot mode - this is one excellent sculpt that seems to effortlessly fold out into a very nicely formed robot body that is oh-so-poseable. And he has swords! Forget about the logical factors about hand-held weapons vs. blasters... they look awesome being held in both arms, and sets Wreckage a little apart from the rest.

A pity that he doesn't actually feature in the movie - this is fast becoming my favourite amongst the Movie Deluxe figures, second only to the 08 Bumblebee.

5 out of 5 stars My favorite Voyager line transformer   June 26, 2007
5 out of 10 found this review helpful

I pretty much bought all of the new movie line-up toys among the "voyager class" and the two big "leader class." Wreckage is so far my favorite among the voyager class transformers. Although the transformation is not too complex, the quality is among the most steady (unlike say Brawl with the super hard to lock arms, or Bumblebee with the easily jammed legs/hood, so on) and it looks good in both modes. In robot mode he's very posable, with good amount of ball joints. The downside is that in vehicle mode there's no good place to put on his weapons. And YES, THE WEAPONS. Small wimpy guns are for sissies, and Wreckage is not one of them!

More Images of TF :Animated Activator Megatron
New images of the soon to be released Transformers: Animated Activator Megatron have been posted on tf08.net.

The images show both robot and vehicle mode (Earth Helicopter). The image of the robot mode shows that Megatron has decent articulation, but unlike the Leader Class version, his cannon cannot be attached to his forearm.

Seibertron.com Reviews Soon To Be Released Glu Mobile 'Tranformers: G1 Awakening' Game
Thanks to staff member Stormrider, I was given the chance to make contact with a member of Glu mobile;#x2019;s PR staff, and was able to play a demo of the soon to be released ;#x2018;Transformers: G1 Awakening;#x2019; game for cellular phones. Glu Mobile was very kind and even sent me a compatible phone loaded with the game to play, as they do not currently have a version available for the iPhone.

I was able to spend about a week with the game, wasting many precious hours, staying up until the wee early hours of the morning as I played the addicting game, and tried to experience as much of it as I could before I had to send the demo back....

A couple of TF fans have decided to share a bit more with the TF community.

First off we have Stealth, err, Goldbug... I mean ELITE GUARD BUMBLEBEE by Tamo536. Straight up repaint of the Original Animated Bumblebee, but according to the reviewer the 'stingers' are now able to better fit into the arms...

And also a huge picture montage courtesy of the Japanese Transformers Image Board showing Sentinel in package, with other Elite Guard members, and with the Headmaster unit firmly placed on his shoulders.

Everybody should want to get Sentinel as soon as they can...
